Dynamix provides a free and paid Dynamic DNS service platform.  Content on third party user registered subdomains or domains is not under our control and therefore cannot be policed.  We cannot be held responsible for the content or platforms hosted behind Dynamic DNS powered servers.  Our services can only be used for legal purposes.  However, we cannot be held responsible for any third party content found on our subdomains or domains.  We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any account without notice. 

Registration Agreement

By registering to use our Dynamic DNS platform, you agree to use our platform only for lawful purposes and will NOT abuse our platform in any way.

We reserve the right to terminate and delete your account in the event that our services are abused.

Privacy Policy

Your account data is private information that will only be shared if required by law for legal reasons.  No user account information is shared with or sold to any third parties.  We do NOT data mine, sift through, or search your data for any nefarious purposes.  We respect your right to privacy, and we will do our best to ensure that your account information is secure and inaccessible to anyone outside of this site.

All payments made are final and non-refundable.

Any accounts using our services for criminal activity of any kind will be deleted and erased without notice.  Any payments made to our service will NOT be refunded for any reason in any event if the URLs served by our platform do not adhere to our terms of service or facilitate any criminal activity.
